Dedicated to Developing the Next Generation.

My story

Born and raised in Crescent Head on the Mid North Coast, Alex Rosenbaum has lived and breathed netball from a young age. After earning a scholarship to Westfields Sports High School at just 15, she launched into a high-performance career that spanned more than a decade.

Alex represented NSW, played for Manly, Eastwood Ryde, and Sutherland Shire, and won a Premier League championship with Sutherland. She proudly competed in three Indoor Netball World Cups, representing Australia on the global stage with grit and pride.

Her playing journey was shaped by resilience, elite training environments, and a love for the game — and it’s this experience she now channels into supporting and developing young athletes. Alex understands firsthand what it takes to rise through the ranks, and she’s passionate about creating opportunities for others to thrive both on and off the court.

Beyond playing, Alex has worked across sport and education in roles that focus on empowering young people through movement, mindset, and mentorship. She spent eight years with the NRL and Souths Cares, leading programs that used sport as a tool for education, empowerment, and social change. As Head of Netball at Moriah College, she built systems that supported player development at every level.

With a deep commitment to athlete wellbeing, leadership, and growth, Alex now brings her energy and experience back to the Mid North Coast, where she’s focused on giving back to the communities that first shaped her.

Her mission is clear: to inspire, develop, and support the next generation of netballers, helping them dream big, work hard, and believe in their power — both as players and as people.
